**UOC takes place from the 26 July 2009 to 1 August 2009! :)
All are welcome to sign up for this camp. However, due to constraint, spaces are limited, so selection of participants will be done by balloting when the number of applicants exceeds the available vacancies.

You will be contacted by 15 July 2009 upon the confirmation of your application. :) Successful applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of S$50.00 (inclusive of GST). The respective Group Leaders will arrange for a day to collect this amount and the indemnity form from you as well as to provide you with more details about the camp. =)

For further enquiries, you may wish to drop us a message at uoc09rockz@gmail.com.
For matters that require urgent attention, you may wish to contact the following people:
Zave Zhuo (Chairperson): 96497384
Mun Fong (Chief Programmer): 96165803
Charlie Soon (Chief Group Leader): 97345182

Note:
The main objectives of FOC are to orientate freshmen in their new environment and to cultivate a sense of belonging. However, as the student population becomes more cosmopolitan, exposure to diversities in cultures becomes inevitable.

As a participant, you are encouraged to take part in all the activities that the camp organizer has planned for you. However, you are not bound to participate in any activity that you are not comfortable with, e.g. if it is against your culture or religion. Please inform your group leader of your reasons if you do not wish to participate. Camp participants are also welcome to give the University your feedback on how the camps are being conducted. All comments and suggestions received will be looked into. You may send your feedback to Mdm Wendy Gwee, Senior Assistant Director of Student Affairs Office at email address: ycgwee@ntu.edu.sg
